Parenting with PACEs is hard work. Whether you are a parent or caregiver who has experienced ACEs or you are a parent or caregiver of a child who has experienced ACEs, we want to support you. The resources we have gathered are a great place to learn more



  • Conscious Parenting: TEDx by Dr. Shefali Tsabary
    Tsabary is author of The Conscious Parent, a book that turns the traditional parenting paradigms on its head and revolutionizes how we raise our families. (12 min) 

  • Greater Good Parenting Videos: Raising Caring, Courageous Kids
    These short videos from Greater Good help parents and caregivers learn about how to make children feel loved and how to help nurture compassion, forgiveness, humility, and honesty. 
  • The Life You've Always Deserved by Donna Jackson Nakazawa 
    In this short video, Donna explains the importance of waking up on one’s own side and committing to healing. In doing so, we can each claim the life we’ve always deserved. (2 min)
  • Roadmap to Resilience
    Roadmap to Resilience guides the listener through specific, trauma-informed approaches to supporting children and their families. Created by a task force of international child trauma experts, the collection of free resources provides practical, accessible, and timely digital content (16-episode audio series and 40+ short videos) for all who care for kids. These tools can be used by parents and professionals to advocate for and support children. The resources are free and available for download, use, and dissemination. 
  • Sparks Parent Video Series
    Videos from Mount Sinai Parenting Center on topics like sleep, safety, and development timed to coincide with each pediatric well visit. You can also text SPARKS to 1-844-650-1210 to sign up to receive the videos by text.
