Quality Sleep

Quality Sleep

Healthy sleep can improve neurological, endocrine, metabolic and immune regulation. It is also associated with improved health outcomes.

Sleep, nap, and rest.

  • Create a calm, cool, quiet, distraction-free place for sleep.
  • Be patient, kind, and compassionate with yourself when resting and sleeping are challenging.
  • Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time each day.
  • Avoid electronics, caffeine, alcohol, and exercise close to bedtime.
